We find that staying focused provides our network and our investment clients with the best opportunity for success. As such, we concentrate on late-stage private firms, publicly traded companies, real estate limited partnerships and Mortgage Investment Corporations ("MIC"s). Of these we further boil down our scope to cover the following:
Small and mid-cap companies in the natural resource, alternative energy and technology sectors
Public companies on the TSX Venture, TSX, CSE and Nasdaq exchanges
Private companies with a plan to go public within 12 to 18 months
Transactions of $1M to $25M
All opportunities first pass our strict due diligence review
