KETO CAVEMAN FOODS

KETO CAVEMAN FOODS INC.

Keto Caveman Foods Inc. (“Keto Caveman” or the “Company”) is a private, BC-based company.  In 2016, Keto Caveman started as a café which specialized in serving Keto meals which taste as good, or better than, non-Keto versions.  After expanding to 4 restaurants in the lower mainland and supplying all locations with food made at its initial flagship location, the Company began preparing food to be frozen for retail sale.  The Company now maintains one restaurant location and has changed its focus to satisfying the soaring demand for Keto products.  Keto Caveman offers a full menu line-up of staples like breads and wraps; entrees like pizzas, lasagna and shepherd's pie; and dessert items like the Keto Kwix Bar, cheesecakes, and many others.  The Company’s retail products have quickly gained traction in the market with its products being sold at major grocery outlets such as Nesters and select BC locations of Loblaws and Safeway.   Expansion throughout Canada, and then into the US and further is planned to capture the immense Keto market potential.

Keto Caveman Team

Bahram Heidari
Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board

Bahram Heidari's background as a professional boxer, coach, film producer and chef makes him uniquely insightful as to how food fuels elite athletes and addresses the demands of punishing work schedules.  It has been his mission to design keto foods for restaurants, catering, grocery and food services that are both nutritious and affordable. The keto foods he has designed and produced  taste as good, or better, than the traditional “non-keto” versions which is why many major grocery chains, such as Loblaws, Nesters and Spud.ca, are carrying Keto Caveman’s breads, desserts, and entrees.

Bahram also hails from a long line of Sufis so, not only are the recipes keto, they are also based on a traditional system of food balance developed by Ibn Sina, the father of modern medicine (known as Avicenna in the West).  Bahram implements the ancient knowledge of the healing food principles to achieve optimal health benefits in the foods he develops.
